Many announcements this month.
The Greer Disc Golf Course has officially been adopted by the Greer Club. A strong relationship with Greer Parks and Recreation has been in the works for a long time, and has developed into a great partnership. We will continue to work with Parks and Rec to assist them in maintaining and improving the course.
As many of you know, I am relocating to Raleigh for employment reasons. Because of this, I will be turning over leadership of the Greer club to CornBrad, who has openly expressed a strong desire to see the Greer course develop into an enriching disc golf experience. CB also assisted with the first course revision map which has been turned into Parks and Rec.
I will continue to work with Parks and Rec, and CB, in a limited capacity (due to location) until the transition from myself to CB is finalized.

Is this club in existence or is it still in the planning stages? What kind of plans are in the works for Century Park? I'll have to see if I can find the A&P.

The club has been around for a few months informally. Very Informally. We haven't had any meetings, we don't have any formal record of members, etc. That is about to change. As far as plans for the course, we will talk a little bit about that at the meeting.
